I found Grace Auto Group randomly showing up on my internet news feed how they post videos of how they do business, customer interactions etc. I ended up reaching out on a Jeep I was interested in and worked with the salesman Juan and manager Dan. I had never bought a vehicle off pics online but Dan was great in easing my concerns, and got me all set up with finance, warranty and gap. I live in Minnesota and they even set up shipping and the vehicle arrived today. Upon arrival I inspected the vehicle and the outside was just like the pics and had no damage or scratches. Vehicle drove great and I was pleased with all that. In full transparency of this deal I was not thrilled with the interior, I felt it could have been cleaned better, I sent some pics to them and within 10 min Juan sent an email apologizing and said they would pay for the detail shop in Minnesota to do it. Then 30 minutes later Robert called and personally apologized too saying he was embarrassed about that and it should have never happened. They sent me the money for the detail on Sunday and I told him I appreciated the call. If you are in the market give these guys a call, I am glad I did and the fact with the one issue they instantly made it right and followed up. That's old school service which you don't see anymore. Thanks again!

Ronnie was absolutely fantastic! We had no problems with using credit here. The car was clean and prepped after the test drive. They worked with us in a time crunch as well! Great customer service here. Highly recommend buying a car from here.
