We had a great car-buying experience at Grace Auto Group. Making our appointment was easy. Albert was prepared for us when we arrived. He was accommodating, friendly, and patient. He gave us some alone time while we inspected the exterior/interior on our own which I really appreciated. During the test drive he was knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions we had. He made sure we were thoroughly informed of any warranty and add-on information before signing paperwork. The process from test drive to keys in hand took less than 2 hours.

Great people! Didn’t have the pleasure to meet any of them but did everything over the phone and went smooth as if I was at the dealership! Update: Had warranty issues and trouble around my area with dealerships not working with me to get the job done and this place went above and beyond to get my vehicle back running and driving! Real stand up people down here at Grace Auto Group!!
