I had a really great experience with Grace Auto, I see why their reviews are very good. Ronnie helped me through the whole process. He was very straightforward and honest, not pushy at all. Even when my payment was delayed due to an internet outage, they trusted that my payment was on the way, and I walked away with the car that day. Have had zero issues with the car so far, they left it super clean inside and out. Great people, great shop.

He was very good with knowing when to be attentive and when it was time to give space. He wasn’t rushing to get the sale and took the time to find what I was asking for that stayed within my budget. He was open and upfront front start to finish. I want to thank you for the great experience and as I said before, I will be back!

This was my first time dealing with Grace Auto and also buying a car that was found through car gurus. Making a purchase over the phone, and buying a car without seeing it in real life was terrifying but Charles calmed my fears, he and the rest of the team at Grace were professional and prompt with answering questions and returning phone calls, truly a pleasure to work with them! .... the car arrived and we were very satisfied with the condition and prompt delivery! I found Grace Auto on TikTok. What drew me to them was that they seemed to care about people and not just sales. My experience definitely reflected that. I expressed my concerns and my budget and Juan and Dan were very understanding and patient. We agreed upon a deal and my car was shipped to me in 2 days in beautiful condition!
