Ben was super helpful and made the purchase of our van a very easy process.

We live 4.5 hrs away and asked for additional photos and information on a vehicle we were interested in. Steve obliged and while we did not decide on that one, his honesty and transparency was much appreciated and kept us from a long drive for something we ultimately did not purchase. We will definitely be keeping an eye on their inventory, highly recommend. Shockingly honest and transparent; thank you!

Go see Steve! He is hands down, the best! Not pushy, easy going and he will help you find the perfect car and make sure you’re happy with it! We purchased a SUV and days after we had it, come to find out there was a known issue with the taillight. Steve was available through the whole process of ordering a replacement light and arranging the installation! And, the dealership was absolutely fair on the price I was charged for having it replaced. If you’re not a fan of salesmen, go see Steve he’s not “one of those” car salesmen!

Edited I bought a BMW 2016 from jay wolfe and within 4 months, car driven 1,479 miles(just outside of their warranty), and has not been on long road trips, the drivetrain alert comes on and the car is shaking. Josh from jay wolfe called to follow up on review. Inspection was done on the car and offer made to fix spark plugs and coils under one of their warranties. Review edited for helping a lady out, prompt service, and still being super nice even after bad review. Josh handles bad reviews, be a kind human to him.

Tommy and Rena were so professional, kind, and caring - despite our long evening and staying WAY late. Tommy is extremely responsive and laid back as a car salesman - not pushy - and let us explore SEVERAL options. Ran numbers so many times and just delivered 110% of their time and energy! What a great experience we had purchasing a 2010 Toyota Highlander at Jay Wolfe Outlet! Lon and all the staff were soooo helpful, honest and courteous. I had had a few run ins with other used car sales places that left me feeling very weary of purchasing a used car off of a lot, but this dealership lifted my spirits! From the very get-go, they were honest and upfront, had a complete CarFax and expained everything that had to do with this vehicle. Professional and kind, I gave hugs to everyone! I was very nervous about shopping for a new car all alone, and I can’t express how genuine and helpful Lon was during the whole process. I never felt like they were hiding anything from me and trying to be sneaky. I would recommend Lon 100 times over!

These folks did me a huge solid. My driver side door lock actuator passed away (RIP 🙏🏼) so the door wouldn't open at all. I would've been able to replace the broken part on my own IF ONLY I could get the door open first. They got it open for me using sorcery and had the part swapped in less than 5 minutes. No charge. 10/5 stars
