Bought a lovely SUV about two weeks ago. Albert assisted with the quick process and the manager (maybe owner- forgot his name 🤦🏾‍♀️) was so kind and willing to adjust to meet my budget and needs. The car feels brand new, even if it is ‘18. Took it to my longtime mechanic and got his stamp of approval (for the first time ever lmao). Just yesterday, the starter went. They came to my house, checked it out (battery, fob, etc), called a towing company, took the car via tow, and are likely returning it today (if all goes well 🤞🏾). From the moment I called, the whole process only took about 2 hrs of my day (I live about 20mins from their location). Shout out to Gene for all of his patience and kindness while I was in panic mode btw! Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with their courtesy and top tier customer service and I loooove my little Midge. 🥰
