I bought a car from Grace Auto ( A 2021 Ford Escape SEL, Hybrid) about 2 weeks ago. I dealt with Charles Shaw as the salesman. He was very Courteous and responded to all my questions. He was awesome, like the rest of the staff. The experience was memorable. I will come back without hesitation, when I need to buy another car. They kept the car in their lot for me for days, waiting for me to pick it up. I won't hesitate to recommend Grace Auto to my friends and family members. I still need to enjoy my car, anyway.
